Wireless AND Contact Heart Rate (CHR)

HRC and HRC Cruise Control
All TRUE Performance treadmills are equipped with the HRC (Heart Rate Control) system. HRC monitors your heart rate and automatically adjusts incline and speed to keep it within a range you choose to help you achieve specific goals, like fat burning or cardio conditioning. The HRC Cruise Control feature lets you set your heart rate on the run, exactly where you want it.
