All TRUE Performance treadmills are equipped with the HRC (Heart Rate Control) system. HRC monitors your heart rate and automatically adjusts incline and speed to keep it within a range you choose to help you achieve specific goals, like fat burning or cardio conditioning. The HRC Cruise Control feature lets you set your heart rate on the run, exactly where you want it. Just walk or run until your heart rate reaches the desired level, hit the Cruise Control button, and the machine will adjust to keep your heart rate there for the rest of your workout. | Review Comments: | We don't like ortho belts on any other machine than a True. They have been doing them so long and have figured out how to keep the belt from being a detriment to the drive system. With all of that in mind, if you like the PS100 with the regular belt, you will love the PS300 with the ortho belt. |
